Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements: it must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@lumerou.com. Please note that returned items must be sent to the address provided by our manager.

If your returned item is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or does not match what you ordered, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items are non-returnable: for example, perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), personal-use items (special orders or custom-made products), and personal hygiene items (cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your product, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.


14-Day Reflection Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if an item was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As noted above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned order and let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
